All sales are final. Every rug on this site is a closeout or a showroom sample — one of each, sold as-is at a reduced price. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these rugs.

Returns and exchanges

Because these are one-of-a-kind closeouts and floor samples sold at 50–70% off, no returns, refunds or exchanges are offered. Each rug is described and photographed as accurately as we can; you are welcome to see any rug in person at our showroom before you buy. If a rug arrives damaged in our delivery, contact us the same day and we will make it right.

Reserving a rug

You can reserve a rug online and pay at pickup. Reserved rugs must be picked up and paid for within 24 hours; after that the rug goes back on sale.

Payment

Pay online by card (a 2% card processing fee applies), or pay at pickup by cash, check or card.

Pickup

Free pickup at our showroom: 19499 Miles Rd, Warrensville Heights, OH 44128. Hours: Monday–Friday 7:30–5:00, Saturday 7:30–1:00.

Delivery

Local delivery is available for $80 throughout Greater Cleveland and Akron — from Lorain and Avon to Mentor and Chardon, south to Medina, Hudson and Akron. We do not ship outside our delivery area. Delivery is normally scheduled within 1–6 business days of payment.

Prices

Sale prices on this site may be reduced each Monday until a rug sells. The price shown at the time you reserve or pay is the price you pay.
